One of the most diverse neighborhoods is, without a doubt, University City. Home to a number of colleges – most notably Drexel University and the University of Pennsylvania – this West Philly location always seems bustling.
Here one can find locals living right next to college students and hipsters biking to coffee shops. Separated from downtown by the Schuylkill River, there is perpetually some sort of indie concert or party going on in this neck of the woods.
